Who we are
Seyweb Solutions is a small web design and development studio based in Sans Souci, Mahé, Seychelles, and we operate this website. If you have a question about your personal information, email us at contact@seywebsolutions.com and one of the founders will reply, not a support queue.
What we collect, and when
This site has no forms, no chat, no analytics, no tracking and no advertising technology. We only receive information you choose to send us yourself:
- Emails you send to contact@seywebsolutions.com from the links on this site, including anything you write in them.
- Messages and calls you start with us on WhatsApp or by phone.
- Your light/dark theme preference, stored in your own browser so the site looks the way you left it. It never reaches us.
We do not ask for, and have no use for, payment card details, identity documents or any special category data through this website.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and quote for work. Without your contact details we cannot reply.
- To keep records of what we agreed with clients and prospects.
We run no mailing list and send no marketing. We do not sell your information, share it for anyone else's marketing, or use it to build advertising profiles.
Who else is involved
To show you this site, your browser downloads files from a few established providers. Like any web request, each one receives your IP address and basic browser information:
- Our web host, which serves the pages you're reading.
- Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces.
- jsDelivr, which supplies the technology logos.
These providers operate servers outside Seychelles, so this request data may be processed abroad. Emails you send us are handled by our email provider.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site trackers, so there is nothing to consent to and no cookie banner to dismiss.
The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark theme choice, kept in local storage on your own device. Clearing your browser data removes it, and nothing else breaks.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are talking to you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we have a record of what was discussed and quoted. If you would rather we did not keep something, ask us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your information, where we do not need to keep it.
Email contact@seywebsolutions.com and we will action it. We do not charge for this, and we will reply within a few working days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiry data is limited to the Seyweb Solutions team, currently three people. No system is perfect, so please do not send us anything highly sensitive, such as passwords, card numbers or identity documents, by email or WhatsApp.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be obvious, not buried.
