Privacy Policy

Seyweb Solutions is a two-person web design and development studio based in Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles. We operate this website, https://seywebsolutions.com. If you have a question about your personal information, email us at contact@seywebsolutions.com and one of the founders will reply — not a support queue.

We only collect information you actively give us. There is no analytics, no tracking and no advertising technology on this site. Specifically:

• Enquiry form — your name, business name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, your budget range and your message. This is sent to us as an email so we can reply.
• Chat assistant ("Sey") — the messages you type, and any name or contact details you choose to share in the conversation. We store the conversation so we can follow up and improve the assistant, and we may receive an alert with a short summary so a founder sees your enquiry quickly.
• Your light/dark theme preference, stored in your own browser so the site looks the way you left it. It never reaches us.

We do not ask for, and have no use for, payment card details, identity documents or any special category data through this website.

• To answer your enquiry and quote for work — without your contact details we cannot reply.
• To keep records of what we agreed with clients and prospects.

We run no mailing list and send no marketing. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for anyone else's marketing, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

We are a small studio and rely on established providers to run the site. Each only receives what it needs:

• Vercel — hosts the website and serves the pages you're reading.
• Google Firebase — stores chat conversations.
• Resend — delivers the enquiry form to our inbox as an email.
• Groq — processes the messages you send to the chat assistant in order to generate a reply.
• CallMeBot — where enabled, sends us a WhatsApp alert containing a short summary of a chat enquiry.

These providers operate servers outside Seychelles, so your information may be processed abroad. We choose providers that publish their own privacy and security terms, and we share the minimum needed to run each feature.

This site sets no tracking cookies. We run no analytics product, no advertising pixels and no cross-site trackers, so there is nothing here to consent to and no cookie banner to dismiss.

The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark theme choice, kept in local storage on your own device. Clearing your browser data removes it, and nothing else breaks.

Some of the providers listed above may set their own cookies when you actively use a feature — for example the chat assistant. If you never use the feature, that never happens.

Enquiries and chat conversations are kept for as long as we are talking to you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we have a record of what was discussed and quoted.

If you would rather we did not keep something, ask us and we will delete it.

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your information, where we do not need to keep it.

Email contact@seywebsolutions.com and we will action it. We do not charge for this, and we will reply within a few working days.

The site is served over HTTPS, our admin area is password-protected, and access to enquiry data is limited to the two founders. No system is perfect, so please do not send us anything highly sensitive — passwords, card numbers, identity documents — through the enquiry form or the chat.

This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be obvious, not buried.
