These terms apply to your use of https://seywebsolutions.com, operated by Seyweb Solutions of Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles. By using the site you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

Project work is different: once we agree to build something for you, that work is governed by a separate written agreement — a proposal or contract we both sign. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the signed agreement wins.

You may browse the site, read our work and contact us. You may not:

• Copy, republish or resell our designs, code, text or images without written permission.
• Attempt to break into, disrupt or overload the site or any system behind it.
• Use the enquiry form or chat assistant to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or bulk unsolicited marketing.
• Scrape the site to train models or build a competing directory without asking us first.

The package prices shown on our services page are starting points in Seychelles Rupees (SCR), published so you can judge whether we're in your range. They are an invitation to talk, not a binding offer.

A price becomes binding only when we send you a written quote for your specific project and you accept it. What a project actually costs depends on scope — the number of pages, the features, the content you have ready and how many rounds of change you need. We'll always tell you the number before work starts.

Alongside our client work we publish demo sites for fictional Seychelles businesses. These are built by us to show the quality of what we ship. The businesses, brands, prices, menus, reviews and people in them are invented and are not real. Nothing in a demo is an offer of anything, and any resemblance to a real business is coincidental.

Where a project is real client work, we label it as such on the case study. Everything else is a demo.

The chat assistant on this site is an automated tool. It can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. Treat it as a helpful starting point, not as advice, and never as a binding quote or commitment from us. Anything that matters gets confirmed by one of the founders in writing.

The site's design, code, text, logo and brand belong to Seyweb Solutions. Client logos, brand names and project imagery belong to their respective owners and appear here with permission or as fair reference to work we delivered.

For client projects, ownership transfers to you as set out in your agreement with us. Our standard position is that you own the finished site — code, design files, domain and content — on final payment.

We link to live client sites, demo deployments and external services. We don't control those destinations and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

We work to keep this site up and accurate, but we provide it as it is. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every detail is free of error, and we may change or remove pages — including prices and published work — at any time.

To the extent the law allows, Seyweb Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, and the courts of Seychelles have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
